Pregnancy

Many people have found exercise during pregnancy helps them improve mood, labor and delivery, and relieve pregnancy- related symptoms. If you are looking to increase energy, reduce pain, build strength, or just look and feel your best during pregnancy, I work with you to build a unique exercise program to help achieve those goals.

Diastasis Rehab

Diastasis is a common problem for many women. I work with clients to assess their diastasis and develop a program centered around their unique needs. This can include improving functional lifestyle movements, pressure management, and developing a strength building program to support healing.

Stretch and Mobility

Ensuring that we stay mobile, especially as we increase in age, is important to avoid injury. I work with clients to increase their range of motion, whether for functional movement or for sports, increase flexibility, and improve balance.

Postpartum

Whether you're recovering from vaginal delivery or c-section, exercise can help with healing, strength building, increasing energy, improving mood, losing the baby weight and more! We work together to meet your body where it's at and develop a personalized program to help you meet your goals and feel your best.

Pelvic Floor Rehab

Living with prolapse and incontinence can be challenging both mentally and physically. I work with clients on improving pressure management, posture, and strength to increase their pelvic floor health. In addition, I will help educate and empower you on how specific lifestyle changes can help you to move and feel better while dealing with prolapse and incontinence.

Personal Training

If you're looking to start exercise, lose weight, slim and sculpt, stretch or increase overall mobility, personal training can help you to achieve your goals. I am familiar with, and utilize, a variety of exercise techniques, such as strength training, HIIT, circuits, and more.

Golf Strength & Flexibility

Menopause

Whether you’re trying to improve your set up, backswing, downswing, or follow through, increasing your strength and flexibility can help. Additionally, building a strong, stable, and flexible body will help reduce the risk of injury, optimize movement on and off the course, and improve your golf game!

Menopause is a scary and challenging time for many women. There’s so much information, or rather misinformation, out there. Even with all of the changes going on, there’s a lot of things that you can control to help you remain vibrant throughout menopause and after.
