Small Group Training

These small group sessions are offered twice a week and are designed to provide you with a total body workout! From working on core and pelvic stability through Pilates style movements to building a strong toned look through strength training, these sessions are deigned for all ability levels. 

Train with Friends

Working out with friends is a great way to keep each other accountable and have fun! I offer personalized sessions for your group of friends (6 max)! Days and times are based on availability. Pricing begins at $25 per session. Contact me to learn more!
